The Coachella Valley Firebirds players and wives went Holiday shopping Monday at the Target store in LaQuinta. As part of the Firebirds inaugural season the team is sponsoring 4 families across the Coachella Valley, in hopes of bringing a little extra holiday cheer to local families. The players spent a couple hours picking out items from the “Wish Lists” and the players’ wives and spouses agreed to wrap the presents for the kids. Fuego made a special appearance at the holiday event, entertaining kids and parents alike.
