Can’t make a game? You can easily donate your tickets online to Vet Tix through your Firebirds Account Manager up to 1 day prior to the game.

Vet Tix provides tickets to all branches of currently-serving Military and Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA. Vet Tix is a National 501(c)(3) Military Non-Profit whose mission is to secure and distribute complimentary tickets to sporting events, concerts, performing arts, educational and family activities across the nation to verified military and veteran families. By providing tickets to events, the Vet Tix program helps reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. VetTixers sign up online where they verify their service to prevent fraudulent activity. Vet Tix will create an account that will keep track of your donations so you can have documentation for your taxes.

How to donate unused tickets

Step 1: Log into Firebirds Account Manager on a web browser using the email associated with your ticket account

*Donate ticket functionality isn’t currently available on the Firebirds Mobile App, but still easily available by signing in on a web browser on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer.

Step 2: Select My Events to view your games and click Select Event for the game you wish to donate tickets for
Step 3: Tap the More button in the upper right hand corner to unlock the Donate button
Step 4: Click the Donate button to proceed. Check the boxes for the seats you’d like to donate and click Continue
Step 5: In the drop down to Select Your Charity, there will be one option to select Vet Tix. Select Continue to proceed and transfer your tickets to Vet Tix. No further contact information is needed

To receive a tax receipt for your donation, you can request one through Vet Tix here. Scroll down and tap the I Have A Donation Question button to enter your ticket donation information and request a receipt

Within your preferred game, select the “More” button to view the “Donate” option.
