Please download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App and follow the step-by-step instructions below to access and manage your tickets.

We are a MOBILE ONLY arena. We strongly encourage you to view and download your mobile tickets within the Coachella Valley Firebirds App before arriving at the arena! You can also add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Play Store

How to Update Ticket Information

Step 1: Open the Firebirds app:

Open the Firebirds app and select the Firebirds logo with the three (3) lines at the top left. This will open the options needed to complete this task.
Step 2: Log Out of Ticketmaster:

Tap ‘log out of Ticketmaster’ to clear Ticketmaster information.
Step 3: This will Show Successful!

You will have successfully been logged out of Ticketmaster and for Season Ticket Members, Account Manager
Step 4: Go back to the App Main Screen
 
Head back to the app main screen and select ‘Manage Tickets’
Step 5: You will be directed to Ticketmaster

Make sure you tap ‘Sign in to My Team’ to move on to the next step.
Step 6: Ticketmaster Prompt
 
The Firebirds will want to use ticketmaster.com to sign you in. Please Continue.
Step 7: It’s time to Log Back In

Use the credentials associated with your account. Ticketmaster login for standard tickets and Account Manager login for Season Ticket Members
Step 8: Log in Accepted!

 
Ticketmaster will now link your account to your Firebirds App. Tap ok to continue.

Step 9: Allow 2 – 3 Seconds to Complete

Once this process has completed, you will either see tickets that are loaded or an open window stating you have no upcoming events.

Step 1: Access the Google Play store. Search Coachella Valley Firebirds. Click on the Coachella Valley Firebirds

How to Purchase Individual Game Tickets

Step 1: Download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Log In to the App or select Skip
Step 3: Select the game you wish to purchase
Step 4: Select your seat

Step 5: Follow the buying process

How to Access Tickets

Step 1: Download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Tap “Manage Tickets” from the main menu
Step 3: Sign into Ticketmaster using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 4: ‘Continue’ to access the sign in through Ticketmaster and Account Manager
Step 5: Select the Game you wish to view
Step 6: You can view barcode, transfer, or resell tickets from your smart phone Note: you may leave the ticket as-is and on day of show or game click view barcode, or save the ticket to the mobile wallet.
Step 7: Scan your ticket at Acrisure Arena

How To Transfer Tickets:

Step 1: Download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Tap “Manage Tickets” from the main men
Step 3: Sign into Ticketmaster using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 4: Once signed in, select your desired game/even
Step 5: Select the Seat(s) you wish to transfer
Step 6: Select transfer at the bottom
Step 7: Add your recipients name & email and click “Transfer”
Step 8: Your recipient will receive an email indicating the proposed transfer. The transfer is not complete until your recipient creates an account and accepts the transfer

How To Sell Tickets

Step 1: Download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Tap “Manage Tickets” from the main menu
Step 3: Sign into Ticketmaster using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 4: Once signed in, select your desired game/event
Step 5: Select the Seat(s) you wish to sell
Step 6: Confirm seats that you wish to sell. Tap Continue
Step 7: Seat selection has been confirmed. Scroll below to create seller profile
Step 8: Create your seller profile
Step 9: Set the Price you’d like to sell each ticket for
Step 10: Enter the information for how you would like to be paid by Ticketmaster
Step 11: Review the listing and tap List Tickets to submit your listing
