We are a MOBILE ONLY arena. We strongly encourage you to view and download your mobile tickets within the Coachella Valley Firebirds App before arriving at the arena! You can also add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Play Store

How to Access & Manage Tickets

Step 1: Download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Log In to the App or select Skip.
Step 3: Select “View My Tickets” from the main menu
Step 4: Sign into Account Manager using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 5: Once signed in, select your desired game/event
Step 6: Select the Seat(s) you wish to view under my tickets
Step 7: You can view barcode, transfer, or resell tickets from your smart phone

How To Transfer Tickets:

Step 1: Download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Log In to the App or select Skip
Step 3: Select “View My Tickets” from the main menu
Step 4: Sign into Account Manager using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 5: Once signed in, select your desired game/event
Step 6: Select the Seat(s) you wish to transfer
Step 7: Select transfer at the bottom
Step 8: Add your recipients name & email and click “Transfer”
Step 9: Your recipient will receive an email indicating the proposed transfer. The transfer is not complete until your recipient creates an account and accepts the transfer

How To Buy Additional Tickets:

Step 1: Download the Coachella Valley Firebirds App from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Log In to the App or select Skip
Step 3: Select “View My Tickets” from the main menu
Step 4: Sign into Account Manager using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 5: Once signed in, select “Buy Hockey Tickets” in the main menu
Step 6: Select the game you wish to purchase
Step 7: Select the location you wish to purchase
