Code of Conduct
Per the AHL, any disruptive fan/spectator behavior will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:
- Banging on the glass at the bench or penalty box
- Use of profanity
- Demeaning personal remarks to incite players or coaches
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
Any fan displaying inappropriate behavior or language are subject to immediate ejection. Season Ticket Members will be subject to their season tickets and privileges being revoked for particularly egregious behavior or repeat incidents.

Pucks In Flight
For your safety, if you see the ‘pucks in flight’ sign please do not go past. The ushers will allow you to proceed once there is a stoppage in play. We would also greatly appreciate it if you did not leave your seat or go back to your seat while the puck is in play.
Ticket Check
Please be prepared to to show your mobile ticket to our ushers as you prepare to make your way to your seat. To ensure accuracy and an excellent fan experience, ushers will be checking seat locations. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy cheering on your Coachella Valley Firebirds.
Cashless Venue
All Concessions and merchandise locations inside Acrisure Arena are cashless. Major debit and credit cards will be the ONLY form of payment accepted.
Clear Bag Policy
You are welcome to bring small bags into Acrisure Arena that meet the following criteria:
- Bags made of a clear material, not exceeding 14″ x 14″ x 6″ in size, and no more than 2 pockets
- Small clutches/purses/wallets are permitted provided that they do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without a handle or strap
- Bags required for medical necessity or diaper bags may be allowed based on supervisor approval. Please refer guest to a supervisor for further direction.
All bags are subject to search upon entry to the facility by security personnel. Any bag which does not meet the above standards or qualify for an exemption will not be allowed into Acrisure Arena.
Parking
We feature easy just-drive-in parking to make getting to your seats as quick possible. When you purchase your parking on ParkWhiz, you simply enter your license plate (this is your parking pass) and you’re done! Just drive in and take your space. No fumbling for cash or waiting in a long line to pay. You can pay for parking on-site before you go into the Event.
Rideshare
We encourage fans to consider carpooling or utilizing a rideshare service to avoid traffic, save on gas and parking, and reduce your carbon footprint. Acrisure Arena has a dedicated Rideshare area on the north side of the building conveniently located just outside the Main Entrance. We encourage fans to sit back and let your preferred Rideshare service do the work for you.
