- Season Ticket Holders can utilize 100% of their tickets, even if they don’t attend 100% of the games.
- Redeem any unused regular season tickets for seats to any Sunday-Thursday for the 23-24 regular season game.
- Unused tickets can only be exchanged once the tickets go unused.
- Redemption must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the redemption game by contacting your Firebirds Service Representative. If you do not know who your Firebirds representative is please email us at cvfinfo@cvfirebirds.com
- Exchanges CANNOT be completed at the Box Office or on day of game.
- A maximum amount of eight (8) unused tickets can be redeemed for any one game.
- All exchanges will be based on availability, comparable to your current seat location, of equal or lesser value.
- No refunds will be issued for any difference in the value of the exchanged tickets.
- Unused tickets are not eligible for re-sale.
- Redeem any unused regular season tickets for seats to any regular season game, excluding Friday & Saturday home games. Tickets may be redeemed for tickets of equal or lesser value by contacting your Membership Services Representative ahead of the game you would like to attend. Subject to availability.
- Once unused tickets are redeemed, they cannot roll over to another game.
