Season Ticket Member FAQ’s
As a Season Ticket Member your 2024-25 regular season seats are automatically secured for the 2025 Calder Cup Playoffs.
Seven teams qualify for the Calder Cup Playoffs out of the Pacific Division. The first round is best-of-three, with the first-place team in the Pacific getting a bye into the division semifinals.
For the 2-vs-7 series, all three games are played at the home of the higher seed.
For the 3-vs-6 and 4-vs-5 series.
– Teams located within 200 highway miles will play a 1-1-1 format.
– Teams between 200 and 350 highway miles apart will play a 1-2 format, with the higher seed having the option of opening at home or on the road.
– Teams more than 350 highway miles apart will play all three games at the home of the higher seed.

Payment for each round of 2024-2025 Calder Cup Playoffs will be charged to the primary card on file within 1-3 days of clinching the next round. If you don’t have a credit card on file, a Firebirds representative will contact you directly. Your first payment for Round 1 will be charged on Tuesday, April 15th.
Any money that is paid for a game that is not played will be applied to your season ticket membership for the 2025-26 season or refunded back to the original payment form if you paid your membership in full. If you have opted out of your season tickets for the 2025-26 season, you will be refunded in one lump sum at the conclusion of playoffs.
For example, if a Round ends before all home games are played, the payment for the remaining game will be credited to your next season’s payment. Refunds will occur at the conclusion of the playoffs if there is no outstanding balance on your account.

Yes, you can OPT-IN to Pay As We Play in future rounds, however your current seats are NOT guaranteed. Please contact your Service Representative for more information.
Yes, you will be able to purchase additional playoff tickets through your account manager or by contacting your Service Representative. Please note that this member rate will be higher than your playoff strip per game price.
Season seat relocation is not available for the Playoffs. If you are interested in changing your seat location for the 2025-26 Season, please contact your Service Representative.
No. Playoffs are not eligible for Unused Ticket Redemption. You cannot roll over tickets from the regular season into playoffs or bank playoff tickets for use in future games. Unused Ticket Redemption does not apply for Playoffs.
