We are a MOBILE ONLY arena. We strongly encourage you to view and download your mobile tickets within the Coachella Valley Firebirds App before arriving at the arena! You can also add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Play Store

How to Update Ticket Information

Step 1: Open the Acrisure Arena app. Open the Acrisure Arena app and Tap ‘Manage Tickets’.
Step 2: You will be directed to Ticketmaster. Make sure you tap ‘Sign in to Firebirds’ to move on the next.
Step 3: Ticketmaster Prompt. The Firebirds will want to use ticketmaster.com to sign you in. Please Continue.
Step 4: It’s time to Log Back In. Use the credentials associated with your account. Ticketmaster login for standard tickets and Account Manager login for Season Ticket Members.
Step 5: Login to Accept. Ticketmaster has linked your account to your Firebirds App.

How to Access F&B Discount

Step 1: Choose Your Preference! Tab an the Coachella Valley icon.
Step 2: Main App Page. Click the new profile icon in the top right of your screen.
Step 3: Verify my Status. Click the ‘Verify Status Button’. If prompted, enter your Ticketmaster login credentials.
Step 4: My Offers. Watch as your offer populates below.
Step 5: F&B 25% Off. You will see a QR Code populate. Use this QR Code to redeem you 25% off Food & Beverage at participating locations
Where can I use my 25% Member Food & Beverage Discount? 
Your 25% Member Food & Beverage Discount can be used at participating Food 
& Beverage locations throughout Acrisure Arena during Firebirds home games. 
The discount does not apply to third-party/vendor-operated locations or items that are already discounted or part of a special promotion.

If an item is already discounted or included in a special promotion, the 25% Member Food & Beverage Discount cannot be combined with that offer. 
 
When can I use my 25% Member Food & Beverage Discount? 
Your 25% Member Food & Beverage Discount can be used during all Firebirds home games, beginning when doors open and continuing until Food & Beverage sales close. 
 
How do I redeem my 25% Member Food & Beverage Discount? 
Open the Coachella Valley Firebirds app and sign in using the email address associated with your Season Ticket Membership. Your unique Member QR code will be available in the app and can be scanned at participating Food & Beverage stands to receive your 25% discount. 
 
Is my Member QR code unique to me? 
Yes. Each Primary Season Ticket Member has a unique QR code associated with their membership. 
 
Can I share my Member QR code with others? 
Your 25% Member Food & Beverage Discount may be used by ticket holders using tickets associated with your Season Ticket Member account.  
Sharing your Member QR code with individuals who are not associated with your account is prohibited. The Firebirds reserve the right to revoke the 25% Member Food & Beverage benefit if the QR code is misused. 
 
Can I transfer my Member QR code? 
No. The 25% Member Food & Beverage QR code is not transferable through your  
Ticketmaster Account Manager and cannot be transferred independently of your membership. 
 
I’m having trouble accessing my Member QR code. What should I do? 
If you’re signed into the Firebirds app but don’t see your Season Ticket Membership information: 
Confirm that you’re also signed into your Coachella Valley Firebirds Ticketmaster account within the app using the email address associated with your membership. 
If you’re still having trouble accessing your discount while at Acrisure Arena, visit the Membership Services Table behind Section 110 for assistance. 
You can also contact your Membership Service Account Executive or email membership@cvfirebirds.com for additional assistance.

How to Access Tickets

Step 1: Download the Acrisure Arena app from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Tap “Manage Tickets” from the main menu
Step 3: Sign into Ticketmaster using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 4: ‘Continue’ to access the sign in through Ticketmaster and Account Manager
Step 5: Select the Game you wish to view
Step 6: You can view barcode, transfer, or resell tickets from your smart phone Note: you may leave the ticket as-is and on day of show or game click view barcode, or save the ticket to the mobile wallet.
Step 7: Scan your ticket at Acrisure Arena

How To Transfer Tickets:

Step 1: Download the Acrisure Arena app from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Tap “Manage Tickets” from the main menu
Step 3: Sign into Ticketmaster using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 4: Once signed in, select your desired game/event
Step 5: Select the Seat(s) you wish to transfer
Step 6: Select transfer at the bottom
Step 7: Add your recipients name & email and click “Transfer”
Step 8: Your recipient will receive an email indicating the proposed transfer. The transfer is not complete until your recipient creates an account and accepts the transfer

How To Resell Tickets:

Step 1: Download the Acrisure Arena app from the App Store and Google Play Store
Step 2: Tap “Manage Tickets” from the main menu
Step 3: Sign into Ticketmaster using the email address associated with your membership or purchased tickets
Step 4: Once signed in, select your desired game/event
Step 5: Select the Seat(s) you wish to sell
Step 6: Confirm seats that you wish to sell. Tap Continue
Step 7: Seat selection has been confirmed. Scroll below to create seller profile
Step 8: Create your seller profile
Step 9: Set the Price you’d like to sell each ticket for
Step 10: Enter the information for how you would like to be paid by Ticketmaster
Step 11: Review the listing and tap List Tickets to submit your listing

How To Buy Additional Tickets At Your Member Rate:

Step 1: Go to am.ticketmaster.com/firebirds on a desktop and log in with the email address associated with your Season Tickets
Step 2: Click the Buy Hockey Tickets Button at the top of the page
Step 3: Select the Section you would like to purchase tickets in
Step 4: Click the Seats you would like to purchase.
If prompted, select the FBSTM Additional Price
Step 5: Once you are ready to check out, click the Cart button in the top right corner of the screen
Step 6: Review your seat selection and price, and if everything is correct click Check Out to purchase the tickets
