Season Ticket Member FAQ’s
Redeem any unused regular season tickets for seats to any regular season game, excluding Friday & Saturday home games. Tickets may be redeemed for tickets of equal or lesser value by contacting your Membership Services Representative ahead of the game you would like to attend. Subject to availability.

For Coachella Valley Firebirds hockey games, any children under 2 years old do not need a ticket as long as they are able to be held throughout the game or share a seat with a guardian. They will not be allotted a seat.
As a Season Ticket Member, receive priority access to purchase Calder Cup Playoff tickets.
