Milestone Fifth Season to Feature More Theme Nights, More Community Celebrations and More Ways than Ever to Experience Firebirds Hockey
The Coachella Valley Firebirds are kicking off the celebration of the club’s milestone fifth season announcing the 2026-27 theme and special event schedule. Firebirds fans can expect an enhanced schedule of events that include fan favorite theme nights along with new events, special pre-game and group night experiences, and the organization’s most community-focused promotional calendar to date, giving every fan a variety of opportunities and customizable ways to celebrate Season Five at Acrisure Arena.
Season Five is built around creating more ways for every fan to experience Firebirds hockey. Whether it’s a full Season Ticket Membership, a flexible ticket option, a family tradition, or a memorable night out with friends, there are experiences built for every type of fan. Throughout the season, fans will enjoy fan-centric experiences with enhanced pocket-friendly food and beverage offerings, new family value packages, and an expanded lineup of local businesses featured throughout The Oasis and Turn Tables Grill. Today’s announcement marks the first chapter of the Firebirds’ Season Five celebration. Throughout the coming weeks, the organization will reveal additional ways to experience Firebirds hockey, including offerings designed for families, groups, seasonal residents, and fans looking for flexibility throughout the year. Each announcement will highlight more ways for the Coachella Valley to celebrate its hometown team.
“Reaching our fifth season is worth celebrating, and our fans are the reason we’ve gotten here,” said John Page, Senior Vice President of Acrisure Arena and the Coachella Valley Firebirds. “Season Five is about celebrating everything we’ve built together over the last four years while creating even more opportunities for fans to make memories with family and friends. Whether it’s the excitement of Opening Night, the tradition of the Teddy Bear Toss, or brand-new events like the Coachella Valley Lakers Night, every experience is designed to bring our community together. This is our biggest celebration yet, and we can’t wait to share it with the Coachella Valley.”
This year’s promotional calendar features the first-ever Coachella Valley Lakers Night, celebrating the Coachella Valley’s newest home team, along with Canadian Night, Route 66 Night, and Margarita Valley. The season will also include the return of fan favorites including the Teddy Bear Toss, Fuego’s Birthday, Pride Night, Dia de los Muertos, Kraken Night, Kids Night, and Fan Appreciation Night. The line up continues with community celebrations working in conjunction with One Valley Foundation honoring military members & Veterans, teachers & educators, first responders, cancer research & support, civic pride and more. Throughout the season, the Firebirds will feature a series of limited edition specialty jerseys, giveaways, pre-game entertainment and interactive experiences, with additional details, group and specialty ticket packages and more announcing throughout the season.
