Pucks In Flight

For the safety of all guests, while the puck is in play during CV Firebirds games, guests are asked to remain at the top of the aisle until play has stopped and it is safe for them to proceed to their ticketed seat location. The Guest Services Representative will notify guests when the Pucks in Flight policy is in effect.

Ticket Check

Please be prepared to show your mobile ticket to our ushers as you prepare to make your way to your seat. To ensure accuracy and an excellent fan experience, ushers will be checking seat locations. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy cheering on your Coachella Valley Firebirds.
